Oh my goodness is anyone else suffering from extreme nausea!? 🤢 I am 6 weeks and 3 days so still very early on but the nausea is absolutely crippling me this week. I've only been sick a few times but feel like I need to be pretty much 24/7.

Has anyone got any tips for dealing with this? I am wearing the sea bands for sickness, tried eating a biscuit before getting out of bed and am eating little and often rather than bigger meals but it's not helping so far. My sister recommended some sickness tablets from the Drs but I am hesitant to take anything until absolutely necessary as I don't want to do anything to impact the pregnancy.

I was the same, felt a little bit sick the whole time but week 6 has been so bad! Finally easing off today, yesterday was the worst day.

I'm just resting and sipping water. Ginger biscuits help too x

Poor thing. Week 6/7 is when it will kick up as that's when your HCG levels are at their peak. You can try ginger ale, eating crackers/popcorn, small meals, bland meals, sea sickness bands, vit B3. Elevit do a morning sickness relief supplement that's worth trying. Apparently exercise helps a lot of people... In my experience nothing helps and I had to go on anti-nausea medication, which also doesn't help. I'm 14 weeks today, so fed up!!
