Sickness bug, should I call MW?

Had a horrid stomach bug for the last couple of days, not been able to keep even sips of water down for 24 hours now, should I call the MW and see what she says, just worried that I get dehydrated etc... feel like death warmed up at the mo

I'd give her a quick call for advise hun especially if you cant keep water down. Hope you feel better soon xx
