sick smells different

Since Evie's 1 am feed I have noticed that her sick, smells of sick, whereas before I have never noticed a smell. It is also a thicker consistency but I think that is the infacol as although I have been using it for a while I have been a lot better at remembering to give it to her with every feed.

Has anyone noticed a change in the smell of sick as their Lo's have got older? Do you think she may be poorly?

Is she crying more with it? Eva has reflux and cries when it comes up acid-y which smells a lot more sicky rather than just milk overflow with posseting. We found the Infacol helped though so I dunno
