Hi, I was just wondering. Do you always get a "show" a few days before going into labour and is it possible that I could have had a show and not realised?

I had a show at 29 weeks and im still holding her in lol.

You dont always have a show, sometimes it comes when you give birth apparently xx

Hi hun
I had a show at 37 weeks and then nothing! I went 8 days overdue! Some people get a show weeks before they give birth, some people don't get one until they are in full established labour, everyone is different. Oh and you will definatly know if you've had one! Its kind of like a really thick creamy discharge streaked with blood (sorry if thats way TMI!).

I've never noticed having a show, and this is my 4th baby Dunno if I've just never had one till labour or if I'm just very unobservant but I know it is different for everyone.

The general advice is that you tend to go into labour up to a week after a show, but as you will see on here, it doesn't necessarily happen like that!
