we ate them for lunch! ooops! they were yummy though i had lemon and sugar dean had pineapple chunks in his. i was thinking of melting galaxy bar and having that inside but didnt want to waste it! lol

I love pancakes!! I'm lazy though and have opted for batter mix

Are they really that fattening, or does it just depend on what you put on them? (Ie, sugar!) Its only flour, milk and egg in them isn't it?

I think it must be what you put on them and unfortunately for me I like golden syrup

I might attempt to make them later, I've never made them before... it can't be that hard though can it?!

They are easy to make hun, just plain flour, egg and milk. I can never get them to stay nice and round as they tend to spread a little when I turn them over but I'm working on it
