Anyone watching this?!?
It's really good, about a company who reveals there wages and try to come up with a solution to make up for the shortfalls... One guy found out he was making £9,000 a grand year less than someone doing the same job!!!

I loved it. I personally think all companies should be open with money.

My mum has had problems with money at work and it's only through flook she knows others earnings and has found out she's been pretty hard done by and has since spoken to her boss and got it sorted. I don't understand why we're all so secretive :/

I couldn't believe the amount some of them get paid!!!! Was so shocked... And some of there attitudes!
I don't think that's it's necessarily fare for someone to walk into a job and be paid the same as someone who has been there for 5/6 years, as I feel service should be recognised! But it should be percentage based etc...
But no way should someone new come in and earn £3,000 more than someone who's been there for 3 years!
Glad your mum got it sorted. I agree wages shouldn't be a secret. Would love to know what some of the people in my company earn at head office, I'd also like to know what they do for it!!!xxx
