I am just over 9 weeks although feels like it has been forever.

I feel a bit unsupported medically- although have had 2 scans due to bleeding.

Scans have been fine, but I can't help but feel I want my hormones monitored. I have read about women who have had blood tests and found low progesterone, so were put on supplements to support placenta taking over or something.

I just feel that I don't know what's available and want everything I can possibly get - if there is a way to prevent miscarriage (hormonal, not chromosomal) I want to know about it!

Any suggestions????

Hmmmm I have no idea but didnt want to read and run!!!

Perhaps have a chat to your midwife, thats my best suggestion? Or see your GP?

Sorry its a bit of a crap answer!!!!

Hi hun.

First of all

I know it's easy for me to say but try not to worry, take every day as it comes. After 3 miscarriages myself that's what I have to do.

I am on 75mg aspirin and progesterone tablets (which have to be inserted  every 12 hours). I haven't had any blood tests yet but this is what I was on last time and I had a successful pregnancy.

Can you have a chat with your dr, explain your concerns, and see if there's anything he/she can suggest for you?

I do believe that you can buy progesterone cream from the chemist if you wanted to get yourself some, i've not used it but I know a few other ladies here are.
