Should the Mrs feel like this already??

Hi everyone, was looking for a good friendly baby forum and i think i have found it.

So, my wife is about 15 weeks pregnant now, our 2nd child.

We are slightly miffed really as its almost as if she is further along than she is, even tho the 12 week scan confirms that size is about right.

She is a slim gal, always has been, but she has a right bump on her already. Also, not only are we able to feel kicks, but she can pinpoint exactly where the baby is, and it seems to move around quite a bit. For instance, the other night in bed, one minute is was way down, next she said it was almost as if it was moving under her rib!

So the question is, is this possible/normal?

they say u can feel the 2nd earlier than the first and if she is slim I suppose that the probability of showing and feeling earlier is greater too. does the date by last period and 12 week scan tally, if so I wouldn't really worry

Sounds pretty normal for a second baby. How old is your first?

Thanks for the comments. 12 week scan and last period tally, yes. Also, 1st born is now 5.

So it's not that long really since she was last pregnant. Her body know's what it's doing and she knows how it feels and what to expect.

Just enjoy it then, most people are wishing to have a bump and feel baby at 15 weeks

LO? Yes, our 5 year old girl is really excited! Thanks for your comments, they have helped. Some guides dont help when they say "you should now feel like this or that".
