Hello Ladies

CONGRATULATIONS to everyone who has received thier blessings.

Can anyone fill me in on symptoms during the 2ww?

I had none when I fell pregnant with my ectopic? Should so much emphasis be put on symptoms? Can u be pregnant and not have any symptoms??

Your thoughts would be great xx

I had no real symptoms in my last 2ww yet I'd had loads of symptoms previously and not been pregnant!
So I'd say no. The only symptom to be believed in 2ww is a bfp x

i did nt really have symptoms never thought I would have got my bfp that month that I did x

Agree with cosmic. It's a cliche but each pregnancy is different.
With my first my early symptoms were textbook - extreme tiredness at 6 dpo, sore breasts at 8 dpo, implantation bleeding at 11 dpo, no period.
With my second, i looked up the giant list of 70 common symptoms on one of the popular early SS websites and literally nothing applied (apart from no AF). My only clue was missed period and waking up feeling v hot. I'm nearly 7 weeks now and if I wasn't monitoring my cycles I don't think I'd have had any clue.
I used to join in the SS threads but after 14 cycles of nothing it gets wearing reading the same old 'I have a twinge, could it mean something' potential symptom which generally translated into general disappointment no matter how encouraging the ladies replying in the forum were.

Good luck nicknack hope you get your bfp soon xx

I hear that tinsel....I thought I was gonna have sore boobs, want to sleep constantly, feel sick and every month I say to myself the only symptom I'm gonna believe is a missed period ( sorry I don't know all the jargon yet )

I'm 6dpo and can't stop peeing. So I'm trying to stop my mind working over time as TGI's happens most cycles but not until about 2 days before I'm due on.

I'm just gonna breathe and forget about it!! No sign is a sign - if I keep telling myself that I'll probably believe it soon!! Lol..xx

The month I got my bfp I was convinced af was on the way tbh. The only thing I had that was out of the ordinary was some strange twinges in my uterus which did make me wonder as I had never felt them before. During previous cycles I was convinced I was pregnant due to how I was feeling but low and behold the witch arrived without fail!

XX

Implantation doesn't occur until 7-12dpo so anything in your first week I'd totally disregard as it is just ovulation related.

I've had cycles when I have had lots of symptoms... but AF has arrived.

This time I did have really sore boobs (but I get those before my period anyway?) so I was none the wiser.

Personally the only thing I'd trust is a BFP

Best of luck

totally agree with cos, it gets daft if you hang on every twinge, i dont mind charting my symptoms but i dont get excited about them, its so varriable that you can never get any logic out of it. Best bet is to keep calm, hatch your eggs out of love, not out of crazy symptom spotting and stressing

I just noticed I was super spotty and could sleep all day. I said to my OH, if I wasn't pg then I was going to get bloods done to check for anaemia as I was floored.

Have had other months where I've thought I could be and with my first pregnancy, I didn't know until I was 6 weeks.

It's a different experience for every woman and every pregnancy.

Hope you get your BFP this month :) :dust: xxx

Both times I got my bfp those 2ww were the times I didn't bother symptom spot and all I felt was fatigued. I do look back and think I was far too obsessed...I say that with hindsight but I'm sure if I said that to myself in nov dec last year to relax or at least not be so highly strung about it I would have just slapped myself and said get lost!

Even when you don't want to symptom spot it's hard not to, but I'd recommend not symptom spotting xx I was glad I kept a record of dtd because I had irregular cycles so that helped.

Sorry to heat about your eptopic I hope you get your bfp soon xxxxx

Its hard to say because each pregnancy is different and your body plays lots of tricks on you. I would try and ignore them(easier said than done i know) until you see a BFP. Have you been trying long? Hope you get your BFP very soon xxx
