Should I take the clomid?

So I have enough clomid left from my recent iuis for another month. We've decided not to have anymore iuis but to have a few months off before going for IVF in the new year. I have endo and the last few months I've had lots of pains and this last month I've spotted on and off all month and AF has arrived early. Part of me thinks did it, do the clomid and part if me thinks I should leave my body alone until IVF...any thoughts?? I would need to take it today if I'm going to! X
