Morning!
Now I know this is going to sound really weird that I'm worried about this but my 11 wk old son Reggie had his last bottle last night at 7.45, in bed asleep by 8.30, I did a couple of dummy runs in the night and he finally woke at 5.30 for a feed but only took 4oz which is surprising as that is the longest he's ever slept/gone without milk, he's now fast asleep again!!!!! I would of thought he'd be ravenous. Could something be wrong? His feeds change all the time but for the past week or so his schedule has been -
Last feed between 7.00/8.00
Night feed anywhere between 2.00/4.30
Morning feed anywhere between 7.30/8.30
Then every 3/4 hours in the day. He will normally take 5/6oz a feed and has 5 feeds in 24hrs. We don't have set feed times and feed on demand when he's hungry but as I say the past 2 weeks he's settled into 5 feeds a day.
I'm now worried that he won't get enough milk today and it'll be a knock on effect and mess things up. He will only take his bottle when he wants so trying to feed earlier will result in him just refusing it.
Should I be worried or just enjoy the extra sleep and roll with it?!
