Should I be worried?

I'm worried about Dylans poos (sorry not a nice topic). When he was 3 weeks he had d and v because of the antibiotics I was on and I considered changing him to formula but it settled down so he has the occasional formula bottle. This morning he has had extremely runny poos again (he seems to get them on and off) within 30minutes he has filled 2 nappies. It looks like slightly thick coloured water with a few bits in it. I know bf babies have watery poos but I'm worried because they get settled then goes back to really watery again. Should I be worried?

Rhea has never had a solid poo ! Although she is ff boys were the same. But if it would help your peace of mind have a chat with hv. I personally wouldn't worry xxx

Thanks for you reply I think it's the fact it gets less watery then changes but if it sounds normal I won't worry so much x
