i am not worried about my job at present BUT as i work in the property/mortgage market, and the company has recently made 2 lots of redundancies, i have to be aware of what could happen
I finish next friday to start my mat leave, and plan to return on a very part time basis ( 3 hours per day) in March, then full time a year after our baby's birthday.
IF during the next few weeks they decide to make redundancies (before i return part time) and i am one of them, can i change my date of return and say i want the full allowance of paid mat leave ?
Just a musing really - any ideas?
