Shopping help..........?

Hey gals!!

Me and OH are going shopping at the weekend, and I have no idea what to get!!

We have practically no food left! OH seems to have emptied the cupboards when I was in hosp, and we have just been eating whats left over the past few days.

My preggo brain has been replaced with mummy-brain and I cant think of basics to buy..... Im just wondering what basics I can buy in, but they would have to be.....

-cheap-ish (the credit crunch is biting us!!)
-tasty
-useful for dinners lunches etc

any help would be grrrrrrrreat!!
