Hi, just thought i would pass this on - we had our post natal group the other day and we had a talk from a dental health adviser - and she pointed out that the juice that you can buy in the shops for babies - i.e cow & gate, hipp etc even though they are 'Diluted' they are still too concentrated. and we shoud dilute them further the recommended dilution for mixing fruits juice is 1 in 10. on the label of most of the baby juice it says 65% concetrated - so it could harm baby teeth when they come through. adviser said best thing is just water or milk. and try to avoid juice in sippy cups as it is so hard to suck through some of them that they spend ages sucking and the new teeth are in conact with ++ sugar.

hope this is helpful

Very helpful.
I'm lucky because Phoebe likes her water so I have no plans of giving her juice unless she goes off the water.

Will PM you soon honey I promise!!!
