I don't know if there is a scientific answer but I didn't want to risk it so avoided sex until after 12 weeks. TBH felt so rough it wasn't hard. My pregnancy book says to avoid sex if you are at risk of m/c, but as having one doesn't put you at risk of another so not sure what that means. Sorry - not being much help here am i - I guess is will come down to personal choice.
Personally I wouldn't, but it depends on how confident you feel...
I did once in very early preg and every niggle, cramp and what not made me wonder if I had damaged something or if it was going to happen again not the best of feelings but you will become more confident as your pregnancy progresses...
Apart from that theres no reason why you can;t do other things
OMG I haven't had sex for ages and ages : ( I was really not up for it at all in the first weeks but then after some bleeding at 12 ish weeks I was told I had an area of separation that was not dangerous just hormonal and it would sort itself out but I shouldn't have sex for a few weeks so I am living a life of celibacy now! xx
