Hi, has anyone else had bleeding early on in their pregnancy, and worried about having sex. I had bleeding on and off til 7 weeks. I'm 10 weeks now, I had a scan and everything is fine. Just worried about having sex, incase it starts the bleeding again.

Do u know what caused the bleeding?
I bled in 3 of my previous pregnancies but once it had stopped we had sex as normal.
I have a cervical ectropian which basically means some internal cells are on the outside, now and again this causes bleeding after sex for me xx

I bled after sex twice , then just had a big bleed at 11 weeks so I'm avoiding sex completely .... Its hard but I feel safer this way x

I had very light bleeding around 7 weeks and a scan showed everything to be fine, they didn't figure out what it was, but they didn't advise me not to have sex. Although we didn't anyway. It all stopped fairly quickly and once we had sex again there were no problems.

Thankyou ladies. I'm so nervous after MMC 18 months ago. No we have no idea what caused the bleeding, but we haven't been advised not to have sex. Xx

With my first pregnancy I bled regularly throughout but still had sex and the baby is now 3.5 years old haha I'd just advise you to take it easy xx

I had cervical ectropion last pregnancy too and bled everytime hubby and I DTD. In the end I had to say no more as the scare just wasn't worth it.
Do what makes you feel comfortable hun x
