sex after emcs

well ladies me and hubby tried to have last night for the first time since harry was born and it started off all nice i'd put harry to bed at 10 and we had a nice cuddle on the sofa and generally started to progress and when it finally came down to it, it really hurt, there was nothing wrong i was turned on and very wet but it just seemed to really hurt when he tried to enter me

i've got my 6 week check next week should i ask the doctor about it? :s

It couldn't hurt to ask about it. Do you think you may have a water infection? xxxxx

this can be normal sometimes, always best to get it checked out, if you had to have stitches then that could be a case or if your pubic bone hasnt gone back into postion yet that could be another reason, just see what the doctor has to say hun x x x

I had the same issue after EMCS. I naively thought everything down below would be as before. However I found out that everything had sort of tightened up. It took a few weeks and a wee bit of gentle practice for things to get back yo normal. I'd ask the doc just to make sure, however if you take it easy over a few weeks I'm sure it'll be business as usual.
