severe cervix pain!!

for weeks i've been getting 'feelings' in my cervix with an occasional quick stabbing pain but over the past 2 days it has turned into regular severe pain with a lot of pressure.

What is causing this? This is the first time in my pregnancy, even with the other problems, that I have been really worried.

Oh god please dont say that!!! I've been having these pains for weeks and they're so sharp and horrible! Feels like she's head butting it hard and stretching!

It sounds like how I'd imagine engaging pains to feel like - if that makes sense!

I have had them on and off for weeks. The MW's on the ward laugh as I call them 'fangita stabbings'
