Service occupancy?

Does anyone know what maternity rights apply to service occupancy?Where our house is part of my pregnant partners work contract? She shouldn't have to be worrying at 13weeks pregnant...

Thats quite complex housing law it would probably be a good idea to get yourself some advice from Shelter or CAB as it would depend on alot of facts. Get your partner to discuss this with her empolyers and then i think an appointment with one of those organisations would be in order, take any documents relating to the service occupancy and if you have any evidence of agreements in the past that would help too.
