Temp worker - Maternity Pay?

Hi,

I need some help/advice on maternity pay please...

I found out I was pregnant in November and am due around the 10 July. I have just started a 3 month contract job, I started on 21 November and it will end on 21 February but it looks promising that it will turn into permenant.

Would I be entitled to maternity pay at all?

Any help is much appreciated.

U won't be entitled to maternity pay but should be able to get some maternity allowance if uve worked 26 weeks in the 60 weeks up til ur due date xx

Yeah you will get maternity allowance which is either 128 a week or 90% of your weekly pay whichever is less.
