Self dilation checks?`

anyone ever had a go to see if they are dilating!?

ive heard of people doing regular checks, but just wondering if people actually have done and if they can track a change, and if it's easy to figure out whats actually going on down there!!!

I've heard people checking their cervix when they're TTC, but never heard of anyone checking their own cervix for dilation

I wouldn't even know where to start. Plus - I can't see it to shave/neaten let alone stick fingers up there to check xx

Im with Danni Cant even wipe my floo very well due to problems reaching over bump let alone get anywhere near my cervix!

I dont think it will do any good messing about down there, be patient and LO will come when good and ready.

I can't remember where my damb lady garden is let alone reach it!!

Last attempt with hands down there was to give the ol Perenial Massage lark a bash, I ended up trying to reach from behind as I couldn't get past bump and fell off the bed......not a good look........wont be trying again!!
