...And she was sooo annoying!!

She wasn't my consultant (he is lovely) she was one of his team.

So, yesterday, UTI diagnosed after 2 months of messing around.

Today, ask for strep b results (as was strep b positive before pregnancy). This urine was given in 25th Feb. Was told no results. 'But do you know you have BV?' :?

This was a result from Feb 14th! 'Without treatment, this can cause premature labour' She tells me. I had never been given this result!! And have only been given it because of asking for some other result!

The she says 'do you want the treatment today? Or do you want to get it from your gp?' :?

??????? It can cause prem labour...But no, I don't want treatment now!!! Silly Biatch! :x

Argued about the growth of the baby, until she checked charts herself. Then started being worried.

So, no wonder I have been in such pain. With the UTI and BV I must be rotting from the inside out!!!lol  :rotfl:

 She sounds rubbish!

I hope the UTI and BV clear up really quickly. I can't believe they didn't tell you about the BV for months

 for you.

Thank you Mildly. I feel like I want to complain about all this stuff. I cannot believe that the hospital has gone so far down hill.

Scared to though, incase of being victimised....But thats just silly lol

Awww i hope you get it cleared up soon, i had BV for about 2 months before i knew something wasn't right. Its not very nice.

The hospital doesn't sound very supportive at all xxx

  I do hope that they get their act together and give you all the treatment (and information) that you need very soon

Oh! Sounds like negligence to me. How could they excuse holding information like that from you especially when it's so important to get these things treated in pregnancy!

Ooooh I get so angry with these muppets - there are so many good and worthy people working in the NHS and then there are those who really don't care. I'd complain!

For now

Hope everything clears up soon

That's waful, so incompentent. Glad you know now so you can get the right treatment xx

well seen as they have lost my strep b results and messed up with all the others, I am going to complain. It's just too much. Have protein in my urine now. Which must be down to infection. Just fed up. Looking forward to treatment working.

So scary how they can mess things up

Hope you get things sorted quickly

Whats BV?

I think you should make a complaint thats just totally unacceptable!!

Hope you are ok

xx

Forgive spelling: Bacterial Vaginosis I believe.

It's when bad bacteria reigns supreme in the fangita.

This can be caused by using too much perfumed soaps, or certain types of knickers....over cleansing lol

When pregnant, if untreated, it can bring on prem labour, preamturely rupture membranes and cause general discomfort.

So, if my hospital had given me UTI and BV results ages ago....That could have avoided my hospital stay last week....BIATCHES!!lol

Trying to laugh, because I just want to get so angry  :wall:

That sounds like a nightmare, you poor thing  Bloody NHS get on my nerves, they really do... :x

dAMN THE DOCS!!!!
So glad to hear everything will be ok for you hon.

It's d only way, clairey. No point speakin' like we is from d streets blood :rotfl:

Thanks steely. I am glad I finally have a clear idea of whats happening and can feel happy bubs is ok. Safe and sound in a warm body incubator lol

Grr, why do we have to look out for everything ourselves..? Surely it's not too much to ask for them to check the basic stuff for us.

Glad you're ok though Fuffins and feeling better about things

Glad your ok how awful for you though and good on you for complaining we put our trust in the medical profession cause we have no other choice its very worrying when they abuse that trust and over look such important things, thank god you chased up those results and found out about the BV!
