Scottish Power help :S

Ive just recieved a letter in just now saying im in £51.57 credit
We have one of these Key meters where you take it to a pay point and top it up just like power cards. Now the question is how can i be in credit with them if i top it up weekly and dont get a bill through?

Just rang them to inqure about it but they said they will get someone to call me back as that department was 25 minutes waiting time in a que

Anyone any ideas if i am in credit or not?

ok just got call back from them and they said its based on an estimate and have now been passed to the accounts department to be investigated and will take 7-14 days wich means i wont know untill after the new year

not holding my nreath though as i think its a mistake cos im a pre pay meter
