School's closed!

I remember this being so exciting when I was a kid...Mason's school is closed today because of flooding.
He'll probably be gutted when he wakes up, he was due to take in his favourite toy today to talk about. He'll have to do it tomorrow now.

Also, it's my baby group today...so I just hope my mom can have him for a couple of hours in a bit

We used to pretend the bus hadnt turned up because it was snowing

I remember when it snowed we would sit at the breakfast table waiting to hear our schools name so we knew it was closed Sadly there was also the day when we were stuck at school due to very deep snow, that wasn't as much fun

i remember playing inthe snow when i was younger, i dont remember ever being cold though, do you.

Lol i remember that too....wishing for it to snow so deep that we couldnt get to school !!

 

What fun! That never happened to us, my school was on a hill
Although I do remember the heaters breaking in the winter and in science we sat there with the thermometers and demaded to go home coz the temperature was too low and illegal to keep kids there. Never worked though (although there is a limit to it!)
