Well at about 11ish this morning in my right side i started getting sharp pains - not cramps or twinges :|

Anyways they got stronger (not unbearable or anything) and more frequent :?

No answer from my mum, sister or sister in law so my oh calmly advises me to call nhs direct who refer me to a&e. They take wee samples etc and examine me, pg test still positive and no infection so they take blood to test and I have to go in for an early scan tomorrow morning. :cheer:

They said everything looks fine and not sure what pains are.

So that was my mad day in a nutshell... along with the most crying for stupid reasons in the world!!! Really... baby rich get your hormones in check!! :)

Can you even see anything at 6 weeks???xxx

edit =

dya know what... I have just realised how insensitive of me it is to call this a scary day considering what some of you brave ladies on here go thru... sorry xxx

May well have been stretching pains. I remember getting lots of sharp pains in first tri and some in 2nd and 3rd, but most noticable in first tri. Just the body making room for everything.

6 weeks is early to scan. Most likely an internal one so be prepared. Good luck :)

Dont worry, its just like a microphone with a condom on - that make you feel better  they use lube!!!

They cant see anything if they scan your tummy, so you'll need an empty bladder for an internal.
