scared to take my vits!

Ive only been taking pregnacare for 4 days but yesterday I had the most awful upset tummy, could it be the vits has anyone else had this?

pregnacare gave me terrible upsets tummys so I spoke to my doctor and he said to just take the folic acid xx

I was taking pregnacare fine until about 13weeks then I had the most awful bout of vomitting (along with feeling very dizzy and lightheaded) after taking one even though I hadn't had any morning sickness etc at all. Haven't taken them since
