Scan today - finally!!!! And pic!

The scan was a bit delayed, but it was lovely seeing our little swimmer kick away!

It measured at exactly 13 weeks and 4 days, so my due date stays January 20th


So, so relieved everything looks as it should! I think I need a nap now, mentally exhausted!

It's been such a lovely experience! I was shaking in my boots, as I'd decided to go for a nuchal scan as well and I had this ominous feeling, it was an incredible relief to see the baby's heartbeat, to see it move and kick.

We already think the baby takes after my husband: long legs and big upper lip! I think we'll call it Pouty.
