OMG is anyone else watching this on C4? I am actually getting pretty mad that some family has just been given £2250 settlement by their sons primary school because he stubbed his toe playing football in the playground. The school had to pay the lawyers £5000 in fees on top of the settlement - that money is needed for the children in that school! And another mum suing a school because she fell over on grass in a mums race that she entered.
Sorry for the rant - just so frustrating that people are suing schools over accidents and its money that is taken away from the students.

you can't do anything without the fear of being sued these days, and it's sharks like those solicitors that drive it all. They say they fight for the every day man, but it's the every day man that has to pay for their greed. Makes me sick!!!
