7. Have you had any cravings yet?
Fruit/yougets/sandwichs - with anything on Erm oh and Crisps - cravings seem to go in waves - stuff myself then move on to something else!

8. Any yukky side effects yet?
Low blood pressure earlier on/dizzyness/sickness - now cramp in my legs, heartburn, trapped nerve/back pain in which ive seen someone for....and i think thats about it oh and triedness!

Not being able to eat much due to heartburn, dry toast and milk diet!
