Sat in womens day care, scared stiff

Im currently sat in womens day care unit absolutely scared stiff. After lunch i have had really bad pains on my right side, i really hope my little bean is ok x x

I had sharp pains in my left side and cramps all the way across. Everything was fine at the scan...and they said it is really common to have weird pains - as long as they do not last for a long time or are very severe!!

Thank you for all your lovely posts guys, i was so scared as the doctor told me my pains could be due to my bean growing in the wrong place.

They decided gave me an early scan, i had to have an internal scan (tmi) as my uterus is tilted, and i seen my tiny teeny bean in the right place with its little heart ticking away, i cant tell u how much a relief that was after what the doc said x x

ahw that's brill news - you must be so relieved and can now relax a bit more up to your next scan...

i am desparate to know that everything is ok and "in the right place".

I am getting some odd pains towards my right hip/groin area but they are not too painful or continuous - they just sort of come and go really so i am trying not to worry too much. They def dont seem to be "cramps" or anything. I am seeing doc on monday for my booking in so i will mention it to him then.

what a relief for you though to have a scan this early - very pleased for you x x x

Im sure odd pains will be fine treeze, they will just be stretching pains.

My cramps are quite strong and were there continous, thats why they were worried but she said you can have all sorts of pains in places that you never knew u could get pains! Really put my mind at rest x x
