Help.... My Santi has just learnt to roll onto his side... Yippee
But, when he goes into his cot, he rolls onto his side and he is managing to get his feet through the bars and then gets stuck :(
I put him down for a nap, then heard him crying two mins later.
He is not having a good day as he had his immunisations earlier.

Any suggestions :D :D

Well done on learning to roll Santi

Have you tried a grow bag hun? This may stop his legs getting caught :D

He has a grow bag at night.

Maybe i should put him in it when he has a nap?

He looked so confused and upset :(

Aww bless him. I put Gabs into her gro bag for her nap.

Hope it works :D

I know it has already been mentioned but you could put Santi in his grobag at nap time or you could get a cot bumper.

I was thinking cot bumpers but i heard you should not use them until baby is one!

Does anyone think thats true. Not sure where I heard it.

I'm not sure about the cot bumper advice but if that is true then maybe it is safer to just use the grobag :D

I have actually just looked it up and although there is nothing about it on the SIDS site I have read on another site that they can restrict airflow in the cot and there is also a risk of suffocation. Sorry for suggesting it but I have never used one for Jake anyway and I wasn't aware that they no longer advise against them. I heard something about it when Jake was tiny but I then read that there is no advice for or against them. I then realised that was written in 2001 and the advice has changed since then.

YEY Santi :cheer:
BIG hugs for his injections though
Like others have said, I'd just always use his grobag :)

Hi

Great about him rolling!!
I would also use a growbag hun sounds like they work great!!
I am told here in Canada we are not suppost to use them and have not for both of my kids i dont wanna take any chance for a higher risk of suffercating , but thats just me :)
