Normally our salaries get reviewed in April.
I start my maternity leave on Dec 7th.
When it comes to April, I should expect to have a salary review.
If for example I was judged to get a 4% pay increase, would this be what I would get or would they only cover the months I was actually working for out of the 12 months?
I had thought that while on maternity leave you should be treated like you're there for the whole time when it comes to reviewing, but I'm beginning to wonder.
Does anyone know. I can't find anything online?
