Rudy has a sickness bug :(

Hiya,

When I went into heck on Rudy before going to be last night he was covered in sick bless him. So we changed him and the sheets and thought it was a one off. 10 mins later he was sick again so he ame in with us for the night. He can't even keep water down at the moment. Been to the docs and they gave us dioralyte but I don't know how to give this to him as it tastes horrible! Has anyone got any advice on how to give it to him without him point blank refusing?

Poor Rudy

I'm not sure if you've tried a dropper, we use a cleaned up infacol dropper for calpol. It might help because you could get it in and empty it down his throat before he realises it is horrible. Either that or mix it with juice?

Violet's just got over a sickness and diarriah bug...it lasted a week . My doctor said as long as she was taking fulids (bit of milk and some water) not to worry about dirolayte. If they're having wet nappies and still have tears it means they are still hydrated.

Hope he gets over it soon...you have my sympathy.
