ruben's first dinners are in the freezer!

lol, i am a little ahead of myself here as ruben is only 3 months, but the next month will go quickly i'm sure, and as he's a very hungry baby and already eyeing up my food the cheeky rascal, i'll try him on solids from 4 months if he seems ready.

so... as i had some veg in the fridge that needed using i have just spent the last 1/2 hour making carrot puree and swede puree, which is now nicely portioned out in ice cube trays and in the freezer ready for his first taste!

i already let him lick raw veg and fruit whenever i'm eating any as i want him to get used to as many different tastes/textures as possible, and the other day he got really upset with me when i took my pear away and eat it myself!

exciting times ahead!

its so exciting i loved it when i first started weaning seeing there lil face when they let u no they like somethings and when they dont

dior used to lick her lips for choc pudding put turn her nose up at proper dinner lol
