Anyone get this?

It started last night for me, and OUCH. I've never felt pain like this before ever.

I honestly thought I would lose my baby. Yes OTT but the internal stretch was unbelievable.

Yes I had it not long ago and still do on the odd occasion if I move too quick or sneeze. I've found it so much more painful second time round

I had it quite bad in the second tri really low in my pelvis, especially when walking or moving too quickly. It's really horrible and feelings like sharp stabbing pains, but usually goes away with rest/changing positions.
Hopefully it goes away soon for you! Paracetamol helps if it's persistent etc x

I am starting to get this and Im only 15 weeks! Its kind of like muscular pain? Sometimes it feels like a realĺy bad stitch!

I ended up in hospital this morning as I couldn't move for 45 mins upon waking. This is the sharpest pain I have ever felt.
They have discharged me as there is no bleeding but I am so scared to wake up tomorrow morning.

Could it be SPD instead if it's upon waking and that bad you had to go to hospital? Have you tried a maternity pillow?

I have no idea tbh and I am trying to figure it out myself. What is SPD?

How long does your pain last for?

I do have a maternity pillow but havent used it yet.

Just a thought but SPD is basically pregnancy related pelvic pain (a type of Pelvic girdle pain). It can cause a lot of sharp pains on turning in bed, getting up from sitting/lying positions etc. Just worth having a look at this to see if it fits, because if so you can look into some physio to help relieve any symptoms. https://www.babycentre.co.uk/a546492/pelvic-pain-in-pregnancy-spd

It may also be just ligaments stretching though, which I found eased up towards the end of the second trimester. I found my ligament pain was really low in the front of my pelvis/hips and very sharp stabbings that stopped if I stopped walking or changed what I was doing. It'd also hurt when I sneezed!

A maternity pillow should help because it can support the weight of your growing bump and if you place it between your legs as well it can help stabilise your pelvis more.

for me it feels like a spasm. Where is your pain?

Its usually around the sides of my belly and sometimes a bit lower down. It happens if I move too quickly It only lasts a couple of seconds though.
Hope you're ok x

I've realised it's not RLP.

For those 2 days, I was laughing amongst female friends relentlessly and it caused spasms. Who would've though eh?
