just got this dvd and its ace! got about 7 people doing all the excercises at different levels so you can start off at the easy one and the fitter you get the more intence one you do! its great!

yeah she does, i bought it because all the other excersise ones are young skinny people showing there fake tits off and bending over a lot. Shes really good...shes a lot fitter than me
