Robitussin??

Doc gave me provera to take to kick start periods - im wary about taking it though, think ill wait and see my chances of it starting itself in a month or so...any advice?

Has anyone tried Robiussin??? Does it really work and help CM??

i've heard a lot about it, apparantly it does. Also, apparantly DONG QUAI which is a herbal supplement you can buy in places like holland and barrat is very good at bringing your cycle back and vitex (agnus castus) is a good maintainer (in general these 2 are supposed to have a good effect on your hormones and aid in conception) all so i've read! have a little read around online

Ive never used it myself but I have heard from lots of people that it works.

Drinking lots of water and eating honey has helped increase my CM.

Also, another good idea is to buy some pre-seed, which is a sperm friendly lubricant. I would recommend it very much! You can buy it at Access Diagnostics (type into google and it will find it) and I believe you can get it on ebay too.

last time i was ttc everyone was using asda own cough medicine i tried it 1 month and caught that month it about 80p a bottle much cheaper than others and it did increase cm xxxxxxxxxx
