So, I might be a tad early on this one, but it's better to ask now than miss the opportunity!
When should I start doing things like bouncing, drinking RLT, using EPO, using bath oils and all those other lovely things we do to prepare for labour?
Also, what would you say is your favourite or most effective method personally?
And is there anything I should avoid or not combine?
