Anyone else get really restless legs at night? It's been happening for weeks and driving me Mad! Not too bad in bed but on the sofa wriggling round trying to get comfortable! If anyone has had it what helps ! X

I have it to, they feel heavy and can't get comfortable esp in the evenings. Have not found anything that helps yet so will be stalking this thread x

We will See mite be the only ones with it lol! It's so annoying xx

Surely we can't be!!! I can feel them getting restless again now I'm thinking about it lol

Haha got an image of you doing hokey cokey now!!... Hmm wounded if that would work hahaha

I get them at night! I was told to do stretches against the wall - bend one leg and stretch out the other behind you iykwim. I haven't tried it yet though lol. xx

YES!!! No matter which way I sit or lie my feet and legs feel sooooo uncomfortable it's like I need to constantly move them and its irritating! Especially when I'm in bed! xx

My husband gets them all the time, he says the only thing which works is doing squats.

Just seen on my baby app that restless legs can be a sign of low iron... I don't have low iron! Says to do stretching and cut out caffine too x

I get this as well its just sooo bloody annoying when you cant keep your legs still i get it all the time especially at night :( xx

The only thing I found helped was just getting up and walking round and stretching for a bit... absolute pain when you're knackered and trying to sleep but mine did go away halfway through the third tri... hopefully it will for you too xx

I still have them, even worse to be honest from sitting about breastfeeding all the time!
