Hi Tankett... its a homeopathic remedy sometimes recommended when someone is feeling a bit low / depressed.

It is supposed to help people deal with changes and situations but is not a "medicine"...

It is a Bach Flower Remedy, it helps with times of worry, it is in liquid form, you put two drops on your tongue
