Requesting Copies Off GP

I have misplaced all my outpatient letters from hospital, doctor, and referral appointments.
If I contact my GP would they be able to give me copies of them all? If so would they charge for them?

Yes and yes, you will also most likely need to fill in a load of paperwork to get the copies. You can also request them from the hospital (again they charge per page)
