repetitive strain injury?

can u get RSI from pushing a pram with ur wrists hanging down?! i realised today that i do it (not that i can get out with the pram lots coz of the rubbish weather )
i do get neckache sometimes (maybe its from coming on here tho lol!)

I'd guess so, my wrist hurts me from holding Holly's head when latching her on, i ended up getting one of those wrist support bandages.
