Mine are killing me and they said i can have them out but i was wondering if to wait or not? Has anyone had them out whilst preggers?? Xx

Personally I'd weigh up how painful it really is.

I had one of mine out and swore I'd never do it again. Now I have one coming through (the wrong way) and it really needs to come out but I'm going to leave it as long as possible as there is no way I'm doing it without strong painkillers!

 Sorry your in pain. x

I had paracetomol last night but no relief :( both are crack with the pressure of them comin through, i was wondering about anasethic, are we ok to have it?? If so ill just have a couple of temp fillings xx

I'm not sure about the anastethic, but would assume its safe if they are offering to do it.
Its a awful pain to have. x

Anaesthetic is fine, as it's only a local one. You can have dental work during pregnancy x

OMG! I have gone and cursed myself :wall2:

When I had my wisdom tooth out the xray showed the other 3 were facing in the wrong direction. Over the past month or so I've noticed one has been moving, but never had any trouble or pain. Now I have a sore gum where its trying to break through but its also pushing my other teeth! Looks like a visit to the dentist is on the cards.
Going to eat while I can! x

I put up a similar post a few weeks ago, it's fine. just have local and don't have an x-ray. I thought my tooth needed to come out but it was my gums around it making them hurt, it's ok now but had taken a few weeks xx

I had some dental work done under local a few weeks ago as well.

(filling removed, some decay drilled out and a new filling put in)

I didn't feel a thing and it was over in half an hour.

I was so pleased with my dentist that I actually went back the next week and paid £52 to see the hygienist, I think I've cracked my dental fear

My advice is if you are in any pain don't suffer, go and see your dentist and at least see what your options are. If they cannot fully treat the problem immediately they may be able to give you a workaround until bub arrives!

I'm going to book an appointment hopefully for Thurs (if I last that long!)
I'm dreading it. Like I said before getting my wisdom tooth out last time was bloody awful and not an experience I want to repeat (especially as I can only take paracetamol!)

I only had my top ones out and it was fine, no pain at all. hope it's the same for you x
