Relaxing music..

So this forum has helped my anxiety X10000000000 the ladies on here always know what to say!
I wanted to put a playlist together that I can have during labour of calming music...
I'm into heavy metal soooo.. I have no idea about much else don't think the midwives would appreciate that!
has anyone got any lovely songs/artists etc that they used?

My mum would love you lol. It's such a personal thing. If you've think heavy metal would actually help you but don't want to play it out loud, why not get yourself headphones?

I'm trying hypnobirthing this time to try help with anxiety etc for labour so I'll be hoping to use the hynobirthing music for the cd. My first I forgot all about it lol it went so quick but I think having music in the background would have helped Xx

I'm not entirely sure it would help I quite like classical music but I want something super calm...remember those random nature sounds cd's you used to get at the garden centre? I wonder if you can still buy those!

You can probably still get those nature relaxing CD’s on eBay or amazon, or ask a massage/spa place as they always play that sort of music don’t they? Have you heard of a pianist called Ludovico Einaudi? Some of his piano stuff is quite calming
