Reflexology - Success Stories

Ok I have to say something cause a girl mentioned that she was touched on her foot and it was for her ovaries. I straight away remembered what happened couple of days ago.. I was lying on the couch and all of a sudden felt 5 really strong pinched in my left ovary (like pulsing) and the funny part is that at exact same moments of the pinching I felt same pinching in my left heel, as if connected!!! I just checked on internet out of curiosity for reflexology points and look at that!!! How strange :)

Wow Zeni that is amazing!
I was told by my SIL that the ovaries are the heels of your feet in reflexology so it most definitely is connected to the pain you got in your ovaries.
How did i not know about this before hand. xx

We had awful trouble conceiving our son and we'd been trying loads of things and had pretty much given up all hope! I'd been having reflexology for months as I really enjoyed it and found it really relaxing. One month she told me it felt like I was finally ready to conceive and that was the month we did! Xx

Wow wow wow. This is so amazing! It really does work.
I honestly can’t wait to start my sessions now xx

@Mandy123 How did your session go last night? xx
Hello, so it went well! The reflexologist said that my reaction last week was completely normal and good! I felt the same this morning - very heavy and a bit achey and like I’d had a good sleep. She said from my feet that all feels in order so that’s reassuring and that I felt a lot more relaxed than last week. I also enjoyed it more last night it was more relaxing like a massage!
And I am AMAZED at my ovulation this week! So Sunday I got the most EWCM that I have ever had which has continued but become less, and i had negative opks initially even when there was so much EWCM, and yesterday and today blazing positives (I’m CD13)!!! So it looks like my body is having a go at being properly fertile!!!! It all matches up!
So excited but not hopeful as our problem is mainly male factor. I am hopefully starting injections in two weeks for our first round, so the reflexologist will see me next week then stop while we go through the IVF. Honestly though I wish i had tried this sooner, and I wish I’d sent hubby! Will defo do it again and maybe do hubby also in future. Also the reflexologist used a women’s balm type lotion for the massage for balancing last week and a lavender one last night. I honestly just think it’s done something!
I’ve also been having some reiki, a friend of mine does it and kindly offered it to me when I told her about the ivf. I’ve been such an emotional wreck that I took her up on it and have had a couple of those which I feel has really helped on the emotional side . Excited to hear how you get on char! X

@Mandy123 this is absolutely amazing. I love hearing these successful stories.
It definitely adds up and I am so glad you got your blazing positives. I really hope you get your bfp before you have to go down the IVF route, how amazing would that be! Thank you for updating me with your session. I will be so intrigued to know how you got after every session though Mandy so please keep me updated xxx

Hey ladies,

So, for those of you that was interested reflexology was really good. I had a 30 minute consultation before we actually started which taught me a lot actually. She told me that having wheat in your diet is fine but only once a day, i was very shocked by this as i actually eat wheat more than once a day so i am going to cut that down. She also said that exercise is a MUST when TTC, it gets the blood flowing etc.
She also gave me a metal ring and was told i have to roll it up and down every finger every day for 30 secs each finger. This is for the 'meridians' (The meridians are a network of energy channels or electrical pathways covering the body that are similar to the zones that are traditionally known in Reflexology) Using this every day will get the energy channels and electrical pathways pumping.

Then when she started with the treatment she told she would notice if i had PCOS straight away as i would have had lumps and bumps in the inside of my ankles (Thankfully she said my ovaries were perfect). She then checked my uterus and my Fallopian tube and said they were also perfect and nothing to worry about. However she said the bottom of my feet (the heel area) was quite hard and broken skin this represented 'hormone imbalance' - nothing that couldn't be fixed and while in my session she balanced out the hormones. Very weird but very enjoyable actually.

Would also like to share with you ladies that i suffer major shoulder and top of back pain most days, well she picked this up while massaging a part of my foot. The foot was crunching, and it was knotty. Sorry but how CRAZY is this. She spent quite a bit of time on that area to try and get rid of the 'crunch' and she said to let her know in 5 days time if there has been any difference in the pain. She advice to maybe book another session in 6 weeks time.

I came away from that session feeling very positive and am now more determined than ever to make this journey successful.

Ah, that's fab news, thank you for the update. I'm glad you enjoyed it and found it useful xx

Good for your lady, sounds like a great experience and anything that makes you feel good, and sleep better has to be a winner. Fingers crossed for you x
