Just wondering what peoples experiences were, I had my LO yesterday and I'm petrified to move! It's understandably uncomfortable just now, but just wondering when you guys stated to feel better? X
I feel awful I can't lift her or move to do things for her :(

you will be made to get out of bed tomorrow then have a shower the next day after that. trust me the shower is great once you get there.

I had section all I can say it does get better. try not to use your tummy muscles to sit up :)

I had my baby 10:30am on the Wednesday, out of bed 9am Thursday and straight in to a shower. The lady opposite me had her baby at 11pm and was still up the same time as me. We had to wait for the health assistants to start to help us.

My biggest fear was having a poo! Lol but you are all stitched up nice and tight xxx

Had mine 10.30 am on a Friday, was out of bed 6 am Saturday and in shower, went home Sunday, was fine, was driving 2 weeks later :P ( with Docotors and insurance permission) believe it all a state of mind. Had slight twinges if I moved twisted to rigth or left. Most eople didn't believe I had a c-section lol

I was in hosp for for 1 and 1/2 days and still had to walk bent ( had baby Monday 7.16pm and was out of bed although hunched by 1200 ish Tuesday as bubba was in special care and got wheeled down and discharged wed) Prob by 7 days later I could get up comfortably out of bed without being hunched and really hurting. I'm now 11 weeks since section - got a big old scar, is sore sometimes and belly is still numb in places but I'm getting there xx

wishing you all the best with your recovery!

I had a section with Savannah and i think the recovery really was one of the hardest things ive ever had to get through.

You'll get there, it may not feel like it but honestly give it a few weeks and you will feel 1000 times better.

Take Care

xxx
