Reasons why my child is crying!

We had a meltdown morning this morning...

Cam wanted to feed the dog in his cage. I said no... he screamed... then he realised he wanted his balloon... he cried... I got him his balloon... he cried even more... then I took him upstairs to clean his teeth... the world ended!!

Heheheh bless him!!

I get a similar reaction from Eleanor with Q Pootle 5, except not every time. So weird.

Jojo - lol!!!!

Okay, I understand getting freaked by the Ryhme Rocket but Q Pootle 5?! It's one of the best shows on CBeebies!

Mine is still throwing tantrums when it's the Pinky Ponk instead of the Ninky Nonk on 'Night a Garden' (as he callsit), we just turn it on five minutes late now, save us a tantrum!

He threw a wobbly today because I didn't deliver him his lunch fast enough today. What a banana!

Luke broke knit giggles every time we said "hello" then screamed when we said "hiya!" Lol

Today has been one of those days

Crying as he wants to help mummy sweep up. So I give him the brush, more crying as he wants the pan.....give him the pan and he wants the brush....

Crying as he wants to polish, give him the duster and he crys cos he wants the polish.

Crying as he wants a banana (don't know where he saw a banana as we don't have any today) so I asked if he wants rice cakes to which he says yes. Give him the rice cakes and he crys as they are all gone.

That's not to mention all the times where I have no idea why he is crying! He is 2 and doesn't have any signs of illness!

Crying as he can't put the train tracks together, crying as the train falls off the track! Oh boy it's not even lunch time. Long day I think?,

We've had crying today because mummy wouldn't bring the car in the living room and had left it to sleep outside overnight! I've tried to explain that cars live outside and don't fit through doors but he just keeps saying I'm silly x

The weird thing is, most of the time Eleanor loves it. It's just occasionally I get the tears. Same with Mike the Knight.

I have crying when the highchair isn't in exactly the right spot.

I had crying at the weekend when I moved her rug from under the chair. Apparently the rug has to be under the chair.

As for Dan, he pretty much cries non-stop at the moment, I'd do better listing what he doesn't cry about!

My daughter is currently crying cos we are watching frozen and elsa was just singing let it go. My daughter doesnt like elsa and only likes "annie". Ana is back on screen yet my lo is still crying for "annie"!

Cam proper cried this morning because his weetabix broke into lots of small pieces and he wanted one big bit!!

My LO has a melt down every time I use a hairdryer on my hair, she is terrified of it and hides lol x

This thread makes me so happy.

Not because kids are crying, but because DS will have random meltdowns, and because he's not talking yet I have no idea 90% of the time what the heck the tears are for, so I panic.

Reading this helps remind me that sometimes, they just cry.

He'll cry if he snaps his breadstick in half, but I learned now to "stick it back together, then break it again", then put one in each hand so he has "two".

He'll cry to put his shoes on.
Then he'll cry to take them off.
But he doesn't want them took off.
Or put on. :wall2:

Kids are weird :) xx

Haha love this thread. Josh cries cos he wants something but cries and strops when he gets what he wants.... Weird

Cam did that a lot!

Really frustrating as you just can't win when they are like that!!

This thread is brilliant, not as funny as the others but we have crying because the toy he wants he's just thrown over the other side of the room and he can't be bothered crawling over there to get it!

Haha I'd forgotten this thread. Harry had a meltdown the other day because he wanted to eat his breakfast(porridge)with a spatula!!

Love this thread!

Blake was walking around with the house phone the other say so we called it. Cue mass meltdown that the phone in his hand was ringing! He pointed at the phone again yesterday so I asked if he wanted it? I got a firm NO!

My child's crying because I put his chocolate buttons in a bowl??? Happily eating them two secs later

In fact... Everything is a drama today!!! Lol remind me why I want another again please!?
