Really bad pains - high up

Ive had a kinda crappy day today.

Woke up this morning and had diorreah(sp). Then felt all hot and sick.
Went to work and was all clammy and sweaty when i got here.

Tried to have some breakfast , but not hungry so gave up.

Now ive got really bad pains high up on my right hand side kinda like constant stabbing if that makes sense. Maybe a bit like a stitch
Anyone any ideas, ive got a pretty high pain threshold so must be bad for me to complain about it.

OMG....I was just about to post the same thing!

Im feeling OK but all day I have been having very sharp pains in my right handside. The pain only lasts for a second and then it is gone. It is painful enough to make me loose my breath IYKWIM. Its not like the stretching pains I have been experiencing up until now.

Can anyone help chickadee and I? I am really worried

I woke up one night with really bad belly ache high up!? Though im sorry I have no idea what it was! I eventually went back to sleep and by the morning it was ok! ?

Sally, do you sit at a desk all day.
Was thinking it was a posture thing, being squashed up all day as it seemed to ease when i got home and stretched out.
