Raspberry Leaf Tablets

Right, got my sis her shes 31 weeks PG and we have both got some Raspberry Leaf tablets from Holland and Barratt

When and how many do we take?

I think I need to wait till 30 weeks??

ask your midwife. she might say 32 weeks she might say 35 weeks

3 or 4 cups a day.

Do you have to make tea with them??? Or just swallow the tablets with warm water???

depends what you want to do. i make a tea with it and add sugar or honey but there are people who prefer to take the tablets.

Im gonna get some of this the next time I go shopping to Holland and Barrett so its in the cupboard stocked and ready to go!

Do they come as tea bags or just in tablet form??

I will have to swallow tablets I think, love the idea of herbal teas but cant stand the taste, they make me hurl
